Risk disclosure
Last updated: October 2026
Trading gold (XAU/USD) and other contracts for difference (CFDs) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before using x9.broker, please consider the following carefully.
Capital loss
Algorithmic trading can result in losses. The AI has periods of drawdown — sometimes extended — and past performance is not indicative of future results. The AI is designed to keep drawdown low, but drawdown cannot be removed and no drawdown level is guaranteed.
Leverage
MT5 brokers typically offer leverage on FX and metals. Leverage amplifies gains and losses alike. A small adverse move can produce a large loss relative to your deposit. You are responsible for setting an appropriate leverage limit on your account.
Profit sharing & lot size
x9.broker shares profit 50/50: you keep 50% of the realised monthly net profit on your account and x9.broker receives 50%. There are no management fees, and nothing is payable in a month without profit.
There is no guaranteed return and no loss reimbursement. Profit sharing applies to profit only. Any loss on your account is yours.
You control the lot size. A larger lot size increases both the possible profit and the possible loss on every trade. Choose a lot size that suits your account balance and the amount you can afford to put at risk.
Broker & technical risk
The engine relies on continuous connectivity to your broker's MT5 server. Outages on the broker side, latency, slippage, requotes, and rejection of orders are outside our control and may prevent trades from being placed or closed at the intended price. We do not guarantee execution at any specific price or time.
Negative-balance protection
Most retail MT5 brokers provide negative-balance protection, capping your loss at the deposited balance. This is a policy of your broker, not of x9.broker — confirm your broker provides it before funding.
No advice
Nothing on this site or in the service constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. You alone decide whether the service is appropriate for your financial situation. Consider seeking independent advice if you are uncertain.
Only trade what you can lose
Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past wins do not guarantee future wins.
